Return Policy

General returns and change of mind.

We are happy to provide an exchange or store credit for returned goods within 7 days of purchase.

Proof of purchase is required and a 10% restocking fee is applicable.

Please be aware that the product must be in new condition, including all packaging. 

Remember, you are not entitled to a refund if there is no breach of a consumer guarantee, for example, if you:

  • Changed your mind.
  • Ordered the wrong product.
  • Found the product cheaper elsewhere.
  • Damaged the product by misusing it.
  • Used the product for a very long time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear.

Defective and faulty goods.

If an item you received from us is faulty, you may be eligible for a refund or an exchange of the same item.

Proof of purchase is required as well as an inspection of the faulty item.

An item can be classified as faulty when a major problem is present, this is when the item

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
  • is unsafe.
  • is significantly different from the sample or description.
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

If eligible for a refund the item must be returned to PZP. Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any decrease in value. Please allow 5 days for refund processing.

If requesting a refund this must be done within 7 days of purchasing the product in store or online. This can be done by sending us an email, calling our store directly or in person at your local PZP store.

This policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
